July saw some of the Rainbows from the Division join Rainbows from all over Gloucestershire at County Badge Day at Deer Park, Cowley.

There were 3 badges on offer during the morning session – Drawing, Family Tree and Nature. During the afternoon a lot of fun was had just across the road on Bubbs Hill where they all tried Grass sledging, Tunnelling, Archery, Giant Bubble blowing, a Stamp Trail and some Parachute games – Cotswold North Rainbows started a trend of rolling down the big hill!

Various fun things have been happening within our Division Units, from Random Acts of Kindness, a visit to Batsford Arboretum to complete their British Tree Badge to taking part in many  Skills Builder Activities.

Moreton-in-Marsh Rainbows have been invited to visit their Fire Station during the holidays to learn about Fire Safety.

Gloucestershire Girlguiding will be having a promotional stand at Moreton Show on September 7th so if you are there please come and find us in the family area and find out how to join us or become a volunteer.
